1. As recommended by National Commission on Farmers headed by Prof. M.S. Swaminathan, the MSP be fixed based on production costs actually incurred by Farmers by adding minimum 50% to it, towards family expenditure (C2 + Minimum 50%). |

2. The cost of production has been abnormally increased in respect of all Crops due to increase in wages of Agriculture labour, all inputs viz., Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Fuel charges and hire charges of Agricultural machinery. |
