Mr. Chengal Reddy participated in the Annual meetings of the World Bank and IMF on behalf of the CSOs of India. Mr. Chengal Reddy was one among the 25 panelists from the CSOs World wide, identified and invited by the World Bank and IMF for their annual meetings. The Civil Society Policy Forum meetings were held from Thursday, October 9th to Monday, October 13th, 2008. The Forum has brought together Bank and Fund staff, CSO representatives, government officials, and others to exchange views on a variety of topics ranging from food crisis, small farmers, market linkages for farmers, climate change and governance.-More....1 , 2
